The carnivores are eatten often and taste good. Some guys my dad fought forest fires eith, say deer season is just for.practise for bear season, that bear is a majority of thier meat for the year.


Damn, that is a nice cougar. Id luv to go after one. If I ever get the money I will.

The avid hunters do eat the carnivorous mammals, especially bears, wolves and cougars. I've had some bear ham and bear sausage before, they're good.
 
Nothing wrong with what he did at all. Legal taking of a regulated species. Who cares. If anyone has a problem with courgar hunting in Idaho - they should do something about the law - not the people following it.

Well said by a 16 year old from Brooklyn. Do you have any experience with any of those animals? I have been camping and woke up by a 350 lbs black bear that had no fear of humans. Thank god he didn't want to scrap with me or I probably wouldn't be typing this today. It took six of us yelling and screaming at him with maglites before he would leave the camp. Not a good night sleep after that.

and props to the commish for that beautiful cat. Not my style but if he likes it great for him.
 
Population regulations id kill it if I was attacked I don't support hunting big cats or fish but if a mountain man must survive its gonna be on the land.the ca officer is a dbag imo.but life is life it comes it goes
