I would go larger than that for a pair, I had my Cuban rock in a 12' x 8' x 7' with about a foot of sand, three basking areas and a stack of rocks that only the female could get into. Cubans are not nearly as aggressive as green iguanas, so you will want at least 2 areas where she can get away from the male. My cubans laid in the sand every other year until I attached an outside enclosure where they could bask during the summer than they started to breed 2years in a row and one off.
