I did hold it in my hand right underneath the return flow of my Aquaclear 110 for a few minutes.It seemed to help.

Yes and moving around the tank almost as normal.It's been a few hours now,I'll get some more photos on here in a bit.

If I seen this earlier I would’ve advised this or just to move it to help rececitate it, gotta get water flowing through gills

Yep,its a tactic that I have used a few times before.
