Hey, not to derail, but what is up with the saltwater shops around here? The Fish Bowl is closed down and the one up by Rob is closed down too.

Yup, that sucks. Seven Seas on 434 is going to be out of commission soon also.
They had to move a few doors down to a shop a fraction of the size of their original one.
And they are scrapping all their fresh and scaling down their salt. They will be gone within
a year for sure. The economy is taking a tole on the hobby. People have to cut luxuries
to survive and unfortunately, the aquatic hobby is one of them.

hi. i was wondering....you can use the weld on 16 to reseal acrylic tanks? i am in the process of fixing a broken acrylic tank... i already bought the acrylic stick to weld onto the corner seams... but if i could do without the stick, can the weld on 16 be used (almost like a silicon sealant for glass tanks) to seal the seams?
