He's 14...
Hey white, you and doob both are in Toronto canada.

LOL oh I never thought of that. im a half hr north west of Toronto. on a farm in Caledon Ontario. maybe buy the 55 used off kijiji and just tell mom its a 29gal LMAO

Why do you want to buy a biocube, when they are so much more expensive and so much worse dimension-wise than a regular 29? I would not put any exodons in a 19" tank. Even a regular 29 is on the small side for them. But, I would just find a used tnak on craigslist, will be much cheaper.
On another note, at 14 you should be able to get a part time job of some sort. Earlier the bette! I started working at a mom and pop pet store when I was 14, freshman in high school. Funded my aquarium hobby for the next few years.

I think he's actually 15, profile says 15 and I may have just remembered wrong. Also, personally I do not understand the appeal of a cube. It's a waste of space especially when you get these like 2 foot cube tanks. 2 feet high? Lots of wasted space for only being 2 feet in length. Make it 4 feet long then I could maybe see it being 2 feet tall but that's just my opinion.

I would concur with the consensus here. If you look up exodens swimming around, their activity level is much too high for a 29. Maybe a 55 long would work.

ok then, I'll just clear up some stuff.
1.my parents got me the biocube, I didn't choose it
2.I turned 15 on August 31st
3. My parents said I can't get a bigger tank
4. I can get a standard 29 gallon too if that would work better
