Can someone ID my Catfish?

No I didn't over past smart ass.

I asked a reasonable question, a lot of people in 2 different threads are concurring with the seller.

He showed my a common catfish physically next to the guy I have and they look nothing alike.

I do not believe he is a common Pleco because they are to different.

It's nearly like saying an Ethiopian is a skinny dark white person....

For starters the color is wrong, the pattern and shape is completely different.

You should tone it down, we are just trying to help.
Chocolate/rhino/alligator plecos have protruding nostril flaps and ridges all over its body like the picture I provided.
Can you take a clearer pictures of the pleco??
 
Clearly the OP doesnt want to hear that and disagrees with what we have to say.
So until they're convinced, it's our job to tell him that it's a common! :thumbsup:
