Can someone ID my Catfish?

Hi,

He does have the protruding flaps, and he is ridged all over in a zigzag going from the edges to the top of his back. He has a very dark brown, nearly purple color to him.

It is difficult to get pics of him as he is a bit shy, aside from netting him out of the tank and snapping him when he is in my hand i am at a loss on how to get a better pic!

Just get a picture when you can bro. Sounds like a rhino to me. But I am not an expert like everyone else is.

will do, im doing a water change tonight so ill try and grab him out, although i have been messing with the tank loadsover the last few days, so everything is pretty skittish at the moment!
 
im sayin common i have a rhino and it looks nothing like that the biggest marking on a rhino other then the head is the tail that have an orange top tail bone some are brighter then other but it is always there

One clear picture will clear this up. Its difficult to see with your pictures. Just post one up when you can.
