That actually happened here about a year ago. They hadn't payed there powerbill and the power was cut off causing someone to die

And to think I was annoyed when my power was cut off for 6 hours to replace a power pole........................with an hours notice a 8:00am as we were rushing out the door. They said it would only be 3 hours as well.
Luckily only losses were 3 neons and 1 black neon.
