i just caught a small brown snake.i don't know what species it is but i think it's venomous.i even think that it's a cobra.it's still small, only about 6inches long and about 2 matchsticks thick or fat.
anyways, can i feed it to my florida or gator gar?hehe!is it safe?my florida is 10inches and gator is a foot long.

My fire extinguisher is ready...

why would you feed the gar with a snake, release the snake and go to your LFS and buy some food.

maybe because it will be interesting? i'm not saying you should definitely do it, but its an experiment.

lol you think you got a cobra not saying its not possible im just saying its not likely but you do live in the phillipines so its possible but back to your question um no thats stupid and you just shouldnt mess around with wild food to a pet from like a LFS..its just really unsafe but just take it back to the wild and get some food from a LFS..

whoah..hehe!did not mean to fire you up guys.was just curius..
Well,i would love to release the little guy.maybe in the weekend i can drive it to an area where no one lives.
And yeah, cobras are really common here believe it or not.and finding one in an urban zone is not good, actually cobra or not,a snake in a residential is no good news.you could say it's good that i caught the guy, otherwise it might have been killed already.
But really,i wanna know, does it matter to a gar or to any fish if a snake is venomous or not for it to be eaten?
