Hey guys :)

Going to start a thread with pictures of my new triplets, pictures taken on the first of the month every month. I think it'll be fun to compare and look back in time once they are huge man-eating monsters :)


Month #1 - December 1st, 2007

"Hunter" - roughly 3.5'' - doing what he does best

"Starvin Marvin" - roughly 3.5'' - actually managed to catch a feeder for once

"Fatass" - roughly 3'' - nice little fish - always keeps his finlets upright and seems to be posing - any thoughts on how similar he looks to a SB???

Nice names for them... They look really cool.. I need to get my self some of these.. And good way to keep track of thier growth.. What else u feeding them ?
 
Hunter tried to eat a baby catfish... but that's about it. They refuse even bloodworms and market shrimp. We WERE buying danios because they're better quality and a bit safer for them, but they were eating more money than us humans on a daily basis so we gave up. Once we get more weight on them we'll try harder to get them weaned onto normal food.

lovely baby endlis keeper. those pics make me want to buy a new baby endli. (mine has grown to 14" already)
 
very nice endlis keeper :D
i would say Starvin Marvin looks like a short body.
what i look for in differentiating between short body
and regulars is the distance between the pelvic fin
and anal fin. it is possible that Fatass is a short or
semi-short body also... only time will tell.
great looking enldis either way.

CB= captive bred
WC= wild caught
