So see her concern doesn't have much to do with the hybrid pups that are a mix and you can tell visually but with the hybrid pups that look normal and could carry genes from two different rays.
It is a good point, And i do not plan on trying to breed hybrid rays all the time it just happened and at this point i am happy getting any type of pups and help pay some bills. Breeding rays is extremely expensive and without the income from selling the pups i would never be able to do this and try to accomplish something thats never been done on a commercial scale in the US ever. As for the pups working there way back into other breeding programs it is very possible and i would never sell a hybrid as a pure blood for that reason. Many people are happy to get any black ray at this point and i have to say so am I.
