I´ve seen Pearl/Leo hybrids like these on the pictures from "wasanbettas" too, there where two batches, one from leo/pearl and one pearl/leo some looked like nearly motoro/pearl and some more like leopoldi.
And these were from the same parents from the ray that Alex.P did post !
So Alex.P your extremly wrong with that, that every Leo/pearl hybrid hast to look the same !!!

.I have a question......, since we have been talking a lot about wild hybrids and captive breed hybrids...., I was wondering if anyone has imported any rays that have looked like either of these......, especially the ones alex P. and mix have /are referring to..... Just out of curiosity..., doesnt prove anything...

I mean there are so many things we don´t know, but but fore sure that in one hybrid batch can be different looking pups.
But how and why, not a real Idea.
I´ve seen that on Henlei/Pearl (half batch pearl, half batch hybrids) and on Motoro/Leopoldi (3 hybrids-look, 1 motoro look), Motoro x Xingu (1 hybrid look, two motoro look).
If hybrid is mixed with another ray then EVERY pup of the batch can look different.
And what I´m not sure for is that for example one batch is half hybrid-look and half like one part of the parents. So are the half 100% pure non-hybrids if of that kind a male was in the tank too?!
So can a female safe sperm from two different males?
Ofcourse u can see that at some pups, for example Leo/motoro and Xingu/motoro, the Pups which looks "nearly" like motoro you can see that they are not 100% pure Motoro.
I agree that these on Aquabid are 1.overprized and 2. overgraded.
But I wouldn´t say for sure that these are NOT Leo/Pearl.
