CB Polypterus Bichir Bichir

Head looks a bit thicker than the CB laps I've seen at that size, and the price resembles what you'd probably pay for a small CB PBB.
 
I will just wait for a few more inputs to see if this is a CB PBB, don't fancy paying a high price if it's a lap. Thanks for the input so far!

Looks like it could pass as a PBBxLap hybrid or a low quality CB PBB.
Reminds me of this CB PBB. Just some minor differences.

To put things into perspective for our readers. 110 gbp British Pound is 147 U.S. dollars. A large Wild Caught PBB 15-18 inches long is $350 usd retail. Are WC pbb available in the U.K.?

The pics u provided looks nice, but price tag is high considering the unknown. Just my opinion. It might just be hand picked for solid markings w/elongated heads from their production of laps.

I included photos of my cb lap which was marketed as Koliba several years ago. It was 40 usd. Also included a polyperus sp. CF koliba from one of my lfs. Also 40 usd. These are the type of captive related laps we get. WC nigerian laps are common and easily obtained from our lfs.

Did the price on PBB go up? I remember paying like $200-250 for 18"-20" PBBs.

For the past two years Ive been in the poly game. Listed retail from dealers has been 300-350 at 15" up. Includes ebay and aquabid. Mfk marketplace has been friendlier though. :-)
