Yeah well I should be going up quite shortly but I have relatives near (It is a 2hr drive) so I can't just have the odd visit. When I go I'll find out the price and how long it takes to be made and then order one later on. The tank should fit in the back of my dad's car but if it dosent I will have to sort something else out.

Will I beable to keep a aro for life in it? Also how long can I keep a RTC for or should I just wait untill I get a bigger tank to get one?

RTC aint gonna work

1) the tank isn't big enough for a RTC
2) the RTC would outgrow and eat the arrow anyway, unless you bought a large arrow

Cichlids, centrarchids, tinfoil barbs, mid/large datnoids

depends on what species of snakehead are available to you. Red/redline and cobra snakeheads are out of the question. Some smaller species would work though.

pictus and synodontis catfish of most any species would work. They would stay out of the arrow's way if they are small species, and large species need not worry about getting eaten.
