my jags hand feed but sometimes they get excited and get my fingers lol, i use tongs with my marble so ill try that first with the snakeheads lol. once there growth slows down or there numbers are reduced ill be bringing there feeding down to a couple of times a week at the moment i judge it on belly size lol
 
growing well fella, starting to look more like snakeheads than worms now haha!-0
 
yeh they looking big now, when i was feeding earlier they were jumping out of the water to get the blood worm while it was in the packet hahaha

looking at the spots around the face they seem quite small, am i wronge in thinking this could mean they are pulchar rather than ornatipinnis???





























 
Not 100% bit think pulchra have no dorsal spots so think you are good.
 
Hey, I'm not expert but with my experience raising hundred pulchra at you're fish size , I'm 100% sure ure fish is ornatipinnis, the cheek spot on pulchra so tiny not like yours...
Exactly pulchra have dorsal spot too, but I think it bit different with orna dorsal spot..

lol yeh maybe, well its time for a tank move.

all 5 still doing well together, cut feeds now to about 3 times a week and since im try (really i am) to close a few tanks down. so the jag went and tonight i had a shift around cause i had a 300ltr tank with a couple of odd balls in there so figured a change around and it would be better suited to the SH.

and while they were in confinement i grabbed a couple of pics.
