It might be. I'm pretty sure they're copyrighted and probably patented, so you probably have to be licensed by the company that made them to legally breed and sell them. It sounds pretty ridiculous to me, but I've heard crazier things

I'm sceptical of this in the first place. There's no way for us to know if it's really a genetic alteration or just a vat-dyed frog unless someone successfully breeds them and gets pink babies.

Interesting looking frogs. I use to breed the normal ones in college. I know they don't like deep water, might want to lower the level in the tank a hair. Good luck with the breeding project.

I bred the albino ones in college. They change sex at random

Human adolescent males get the same type of thing....except our's are blisters from jerkin the gerkin too much.

For what I know they dont change sex Males are smaller than females, have special rugous skin on their hands that allows them to grab hold of the female, males make nigth time calls and females have noticeable genital protuberances Not my cup of tea but very interesting frogs no dobth about that. I like the normal and albino ones best

They are just pink. They do change sex and I have witnessed this twice.
The frogs inner arm and hand get black when male. They also croak when male.
I have bred the reg albino version with great success!
