They are just pink. They do change sex and I have witnessed this twice.
The frogs inner arm and hand get black when male. They also croak when male.
I have bred the reg albino version with great success!

Dude are you shure you dint have some inmature ones that sudenly start developing its secundary sexual caracteristics Im really amazed by the fact that yours are able to do that trick and mine never didBut is this valid for all african clawed frogs or just for this guys
