If the water level doesn't go below the highway pipes then the water won't drain out.

I have 4 tanks connected together with water-tunnel bridges.
Water-changes are a quicker because I only need to draw water from 1 tank.
My set-up consists of a 190g, 85g, 95g, and 90g tanks.
