Didn't know where else would be a good place to do it. Do you have any suggestions? We are still in the planning stages here, but I believe Chicago is the most central place? Is this correct?

central to what? I consider chicago pretty far north.

you might know the demographic to me, but are their a lot of michigan, upper indy, chicago, and lower wisconsin people on here?

i would think indianapolis or even st. louis would be a lot more "central" than chicago myself.

not to mention chicago traffic SUCKS

Like I said, I am not from here. I am from the East Coast, I still don't know whats around here, whats to do where, etc. I am down for going to Indy or another place. I am just trying to get something going and gauge some interest. If you have some suggestions throw them out there.

Anyplace we go I think an MFK get together will be fun. So if you have an idea, throw it out there.

Chicago is 4 hours SE for me, anywhere in Indy is farther... And there are a lot of WI people on here, I don't know how many know about this tho.

I think this is the region pretty much covered by "The Chicagoland Meet". I'm not drawing official boundries, I'm just trying to provide a visualization of how Chicago is pretty much the middle of the area.

There ya go, thats exactly what I was thinking. I was not looking at a map, but thats perfect. But like I said, if people have other suggestions toss em out there! I thought Chicago was pretty central...

Southern Indiana guys should have a meet with the st. louis, southern IL. guys.

Another thing we could do is have a different location every year this is really last moment so I think keepeing it in Chicago is a good idea than next year we can set up for a different city. Midwest meetup with a bunch of different cities.

I dig that idea, then it would not get old. Every year would be some new places to check out, different cities. I think thats a great idea! Rotational Widwest Meetups!
