Cichlids you hate!

Severums and discus (I would rather have driftwood in my tank)
Grammodes (If you want a Dovii, stop being so tight. Buy the real thing and get a proper tank, they don't even look like Dovii)
EBJD (Just don't like them)
I'm sure there are lots more but i have probably offended enough people for now.
Well i never kept a discus and probly wont. Ive had many severums and loved each one espeacially my gold sev with a birth defect who has more personality than any fish ive had read about about or seen. Next is the comment about grammodes which is your opinion but understand that most people cant house them and if people do buy them and then show that they are in a 125 gallon the people get bashed. Besides the grammodes is a great fill in. Not sure ive ever read a thread or website that says they look exactly like a dovii. I think most people say they are dovii like fish.. I happen to think they are great fish since i have 3 including a pair. I do agree on the EBJD comment, i just dont understand them and find them rather ugly... I'm really suprised no one has brought up one of my personal favorite fish since it was the center of attention a few days ago (THE BEANI CICHLID)
So much blood parrot hate. I have 3 and I like them lol. Like someone else mentioned, they don't look like a real fish. They actually look like one of the fake fish bath toys my kids have.
I don't hate them but I do find them very stupid. Mine would gang up on my oscar and just put their heads down and plow into the oscar. The oscar would bite them and rough them up but they would keep on going. I actually think after 8 years they stressed my oscar enough and he died.

Why the Jurapari?! They look so cool but I've never owned one.
+1 they are very stupid fish! all the do is eat and swim! I think if the could breed maybe more people would like them.
No cichlid is bad. Even parrot fish can have a huge personality.

1.) Electric Blue Jack Dempsey(Why take they fame out of the original jack dempsey?).
2.) Severums(Way too common, not my type).
3.) Festae(I prefer the Mayan because they are just as pretty and have much more personality IMO).

That's cool, but the question wasn't what fish have you kept, and what fish do you like. It was what fish do you hate. I'm happy for anyone that is happy with their fish, that doesn't mean that i have to like them.
You may think they are great fish now, but you would have thought that whatever breeding pair won your "What breeding pair should i buy" poll was great
Sorry, i assumed that they were called the Mini Dovii because people thought they looked like Dovii too. (I still don't like them)
ETA: That Mayan was posted in another thread i don't like that either so i am adding that to my list too
hate is a strong word, these are some i wouldnt have
chocolate, bp unless it was kkp, oscars. no offence mayans are kool but seriously? better than festae? cmon! even the best mayan cant hold a candle to the bars, spangling, tail spot, and of course the female festae.... no cichlid looks better than her. of course thats just any cichlid keeper with a brains opinion.
