Not a big fan of oscars

How? they are easily one the best fish to own. They are cute, fun, fat(lol), and are FULL of personality. Uh well, thats your opinion.

Not a cichlid but agree they should not be so easily sold.

OK here's my list:
-like everyone else Blood Parrots too much deformity
-Flowerhorns not a fan of big cooks or lumps on the head
-Cichla, Dovii, Bluegil or any other common looking fish, specially big common looking fish or silver/gray/drab color fish, looks like smth u would fish out and not very decorative to keep in the tank.
Also not a fan of fish that have to be kept alone in the tank, specially that need huge tanks.
It just seems like a waste of space and work just to end up with one fish in the tank.

I'm with you, Mike. Been down the big mean fish road a few times in the past 30 years of fishkeeping (or so)...

The thing I HATE to see if animals taken care of poorly. Just about any cichlid can be amazing with the proper care...

I like all New World cichlids... Expect Cichla I guess. Even those I can see the appeal.
