It's also illegal to drink and and drive as far as I know, but that's not gonna stop someone that decides to do so.
It sounds like you've had personal experience which such things - so have I - but making laws more and more restrictive isn't the answer. History shows otherwise.

no I was not referring to you, however, whatever age you start doing drugs is the age you stay emotionally until you stop doing drugs...just a bit of boring substance abuse counselor jargon there, but it's the truth, so even though there are a lot of pot "supporters" out there that aren't teenagers technically, they still could be, you just never know...
Smoking sucks, I bought my 125 from a guy who smokes and the whole thing smells like smoke.
Plus get this, uh it kills you. Yeah seriously, no joke, and they still shove monkeys in tubes and fill them with cigarette smoke to see if its bad for them.
Just quit smoking, unless you are over 50 you are pretty much well aware of the dangers and I don't feel sorry for you. There are healthier ways to relieve stress.
Just because its legal doesn't mean its right, its just socially acceptable.
And I wouldn't doubt that the toxins leak into a fish tank, I mean, odors are just molecules that disperse, I don't think any of the molecules in cigarette smoke are good for fish, and since water dissolves everything in the air (thats why its impossible to have an open container of pure water because all the molecules are absorbed instantly from the air) that means that all those molecules are being absorbed into the water.
