they cost close to 2-300 for that size here in canada...

on a side note: has anyone ever bought live fish at a supermarket/restaurant to keep? sometimes they have some pretty unique fish that you'd never see at a fish store. i've contemplated doing so, bringing a bucket and telling them not to kill it.

they may not find that too strange. was watching a show yesterday about some asian country, where the chefs scale, gut and fry the fish so fast that they claim the fish is still alive. looked more like post-mortum muscular movements, but still.

or you can say you want the freshest sushi possible :D
 
i've heard that like snakehead clown knife is pretty good eating wouldn't mind trying it
