Very true, farm raised cats should come from cleaner conditions than what they live in in the wild, but I know plenty of people who love to eat the monster river cats from the Mississippi, and carp as well

The Fish to the right is a Parrotfish. They are a saltwater fish common in the Atlantic Ocean.

I'd try any fish at least once. Only fish I haven't liked was tilapia so far.

People love their fried catfish too, and they also live in gross disgusting water feeding off of anything that they can fit in their mouths

Yeah, count me among the catfish lovers,it's my number one favorite fish to eat, fried or broiled.I like to think that the supermarket bought ones that find their way onto my plate are farm raised and are fed decent foods but the noodlers down in the south don't seem to care what the catfish eat.

Eww catfish is nasty. I went to the mainland with the family on a vacation one year and my sister decided to order catfish. Tasted like I took some junk fish, fried it up, and used mud as sauce.

Haha...it's always been the rumor that Catfish taste like mud. I've only experienced this once. A lot of the time I've had Catfish is some Thai dish (don't remember the name) that is pretty spicy. It's enjoyable if done right. Sometimes it's fried and then sauced which is much better or it's sauteed with the spices which is more flavorful, but gives it kind of a slimy texture.

As for Tilapia, my family will order steam fish in Chinatown and it's delicious! My Mom likes to get it fried, but I definitely like it better steamed with sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and scallions (at least I think that's all there is).

Catfish and tilapia...uhh no thanks... I'd rather eat a nice kumu, mu, moi, nabeta, to'au, papio, ono, ahi, mahi, etc... I'm a fisherman/diver and live on a beautiful island in the pacific. So i'm kinda spoiled....
