clown loach feeding

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
While genetics will always be the main determining factor as to how a fish will look, including its overall color, diet, water quality, stress levels, etc can also play a large role in the overall health & color of a clown loach. Even a genetically superior fish can look like crap if fed a low quality diet.

No offense taken, strollo, and if my comments cause you angst feel free to add me to your ignore list. That should solve your problem.

They don't cause me angst and I have no problem with your knowledge of high quality foods. I understand your point, it just seems a tad much at times and I believe most people on here would agree.

Rd does promote NLS a lot, and Strollo does feed a variety of great food that will achieve nearly the same benefits! But nothing beats the simplicity of all that in a pellet!

You both offer great nutrition to your fish, just different methods! Nothing to get upset about!

Really? Maybe you should start a poll? This is a public forum amigo & as such I think that I'll continue to state my opinion on whatever subject that I want, whenever I want. Those that don't like it can choose to ignore my comments, and that includes you.

You stated;
No offense RD but a simple "I feed my loaches NLS" would be sufficient.
.............. which is exactly what I did. I only responded further due to ecoli's comment which insinuated that all well fed loaches will look like the ones in my photo. As I explained further, that will not always be the case. That single comment certainly must have cause you angst, or you wouldn't have felt the need to publicly call me out over it.

Coming from someone that has been in this hobby, and a member of this site, less than 6 months, I find that rather humorous. Stick around for more than a few minutes & you'll find that I offer a hell of a lot more than just my expertise on fish nutrition (and NLS) to the fellow members of this site.

Geeze Jeff, you were supposed to keep that to yourself.
