Good news, bad news time. The good news is all the fry can pick up .5 mil pellets no problem now. The bad news is the reason they can all do this now is because the bigger ones have eaten all of the little ones!

The very smallest were 1/4, there were about 50 of them. Most of them are roughly 3/8" and rapidly closing on 1/2"

A very handy gauge for judging fry size is the edge of the tank they're in. My fry tank has 1/4" glass, the fry are almost twice as long as the thickness of the glass.

Looking again just now I'd say that many of them are twice as long as the glass thickness. Possibly a few are more than twice as long.
