Maybe I have lesbian convicts them. I should know though in a day or so if the eggs hatch. They all look fertilized and no white ones.

The one that I think is the male is much larger and has no orange on his belly. Plus he has a hump on his head. (Kok) So I am pretty sure its a male. The female has no hump and an orange belly. They still have not spawned.. maybe they dont like each other?
The only other fish I have in the 125 currently are a 5" Texas, 12" Paroon Shark (yeah I know dumb - dont get me started lol) , a 10" Delhezi bichir and a huge Crayfish.
There is lots of room for territory imo as the shark just swims constantly....
I dont know why they wont mate and now they are fighting...

Take your female to the lfs.. And buy 3 more females..I know you have been trying to breed therm for months. But it also seems these to are incompatable.

I would never wait months for my Cons to breed..I don't recommend putting them in a 10g tank simply because they grow to large. The smallest I would put a pair in is a 20g long or 29g.
I have a pair of convicts in my 125 gallon tank. I've had them for several months and not one batch of fry...
Today I get home and they are liplocking!!! The male is always chasing around the female, but I've never seen them do this before. Are they fighting or is this some sort of mating ritual? I know my Texas male got pretty mean with the female before they mated.
I can post a pic if anyone needs one...

Its not a 10 gallon its a 125 gallon.. I have a whole bunch of pvc pipe I am gonna put some smaller ones in there so they have somewhere to hide where the Texas cant get at them.
And I think they are spawning.. the female is digging a pit behind one of the decals in the back... *fingers crossed*
I may just take out the convicts and put them in the 30 gallon I have... but I dont know if the Oscar is big enough to hold his own against my big bad texas....
