I do not care what you have been shot at by, if I point a handgun at you and you tell me you have no fear your are either a liar or a dumbass. I have seen more people killed with 22s then any other round, all guns scare me, and any other intelligent person out there.

some people become desensitised to an item. so its not about being a liar or dumbass like you state. handguns hold very little fear when you have stared down the barrel of an ak or had mortars flying over head. assault/sniper rifles on the other hand scare the crap out of me because they can get you from a great distance with little chance of fighting back if the marksman is a crack shot. the damage a rifle round does is far more dangerous too, they dont stop, they keep going tearing out organs and flesh while pulling in all manner of debris like a hoover as it passes through. if they catch a bone they dont slow down and mushroom like a handgun round, they ricoche around the chest cavity creating an agonising death from trauma and infection.
so no, handguns do not scare me and im not stupid (far from it) or a liar like you suggest. its just that in comparison a handgun round im far more likely to walk away from after some surgery unless the hit the head or major artery/organ of course.
plus most common criminals couldnt hit the side of a house standing 2ft from it in comparison. thats why some wannabe gangster with a handgun doesnt scare me, 90% of them couldnt hit squat without being at point blank range.
thanks for calling me a dumbass or liar (or both) though, its much appreciated after fighting for your country's oil rights and facing death daily. and its not about being superman, its about being less sensitive to a certain threat. i know a handgun can kill me, like i said im not stupid, but at the same time they dont scare me.

99.99% of cops are cool and do there job perfectly. every cop I have dealt with besides one sheriff dude were cool as hell.

this dude was one of the .01%.

how many of you actually listened to the audio... this cop was a total dickhead on a power trip.

Let me school you little thugs, traffic stops are very dangerous, you never know who you are dealing with. You stop somebody late at night and they immediatley jump out of the car and start moving away from the vehicle, your first thought have to be are they flanking me, are they getting away, what have they just done? You have got to control people, and make sure no weapons are involved.

After he put them in the car and their story was confirmed he should have been more courteous, I am not denying that. But the people in the car have to be cooperating to move any situation along.

To say you hate cops is childish at best, when you come home and your family has been killed, the first peole you call are the ones you hate? I tell you what, go to the academy and become a cop, make a difference. Oh you cannot pass a background check, cannot even qualify to be a cop? Well that would be about right.

I ran a guy down in Florida, who had just killed his wife. When we got behind him he ran into a hospital. We got him before he took any hostages...........how does that story playout for you "punish and enslave" theory? Do only good people go to hospitals............I think not.

The funny part was if your parents were in the hospital and got killed by this psycho, you would be whining about why the cops did not chase him right into the waiting room.........which we did.

what about the guy the cop shot in the subay around new years for no reason did you see that vid. three cops holding a guy down. One drawls a gun and bam point blank right in the back.

And the family and comunity of the killer held a memorial and hailed him as a hero and a soldier. To see all the i hate cop bulls### is rediculous. Society has really gone down the crapper. These guys are trying to do thier jobs and a few abuse power so they are all ass h##### that is the one of the most ignorrant things i have ever heard.

Lets sumerize this all with this. I HATE cops. I have been pulled over and patted down for nothing. Litterally I was told my tail light was out and that warrented a pat down and a seat in the cop car!? I have been told I was going to be arrested in my own home b/c I was defending my own mother b/c the neighbor was harrasing her while she was sitting in her home. And b/c I told the lady to go to hell it warrented a cop to come to my house and tell me I was going to get arrested b/c I stuck my nose in someone elses business. I have been stoped and patted down while I was walking around my neighborhood late at night simply b/c someone said that they saw someone outside and when I couldn't produce ID that warrented me to get patted down and questioned like I was a criminal and not get the chance to go to my house (which I could see from where I was stopped) and get my ID to show them who I was.

And all of this was by all three forms of po po in my area. so I can safely say that I hate cops and this guy in the vid is exactly what I have delt with EVERY time I have had to deal with any law enforcment. Show me a cop that I have not had act like this to me and I'll show you a cop that I don't hate. but I have never had one be helpfull or kind in anyway shape or form. therefore I hate cops. simple as that.

The problem with this discussion is that everyone is taking a very one-sided view. Not every cop is like the one in the video, my cousin is a cop and probably the nicest guy that I know. I do have to say though of the few interactions that I have had with an officer they have all taken a similar approach as this one, their getting that ticket issued is more important than anything; no leniency, no trying to understand the situation and taking a very boar-headed stance on the situation.

The reason people have problem with officers is ultimately they aren't around when the times are good, they are around when the times are bad though.

maan.. like two months ago, i got a ticket for "speeding in a school zone" before the lights were even on... his ass wrote the ticket for fifteen minutes later than the time really was..

but...

i have gotten lucky with some understanding cops...
pulled over three times and let go with a warning (passing a stop sign, speeding on the freeway, and going "41" in a 35...)

they're doing their job...

but with this cop.. maybe he could've followed them up or something.. not be all ******* to them.

this is out right racisim !!!! last new years a bart cop shot a man face down in cuffs and killed him and is currently walking freely..sum cops are coo...but ones like these deserve the full package of incarseration as well as biggie for a room mate


im just going to say a majority or cops wer kids that got f***ed with and found a way to strong arm ppl with a badge and a gun... but i no there are some who joined the force to change that because there was no justice for them as youth
