Cop halts visit to dying in-law!?

Lets sumerize this all with this. I HATE cops. I have been pulled over and patted down for nothing. Litterally I was told my tail light was out and that warrented a pat down and a seat in the cop car!? I have been told I was going to be arrested in my own home b/c I was defending my own mother b/c the neighbor was harrasing her while she was sitting in her home. And b/c I told the lady to go to hell it warrented a cop to come to my house and tell me I was going to get arrested b/c I stuck my nose in someone elses business. I have been stoped and patted down while I was walking around my neighborhood late at night simply b/c someone said that they saw someone outside and when I couldn't produce ID that warrented me to get patted down and questioned like I was a criminal and not get the chance to go to my house (which I could see from where I was stopped) and get my ID to show them who I was.

And all of this was by all three forms of po po in my area. so I can safely say that I hate cops and this guy in the vid is exactly what I have delt with EVERY time I have had to deal with any law enforcment. Show me a cop that I have not had act like this to me and I'll show you a cop that I don't hate. but I have never had one be helpfull or kind in anyway shape or form. therefore I hate cops. simple as that.[/quote]

I have had my fair share of run ins with cops. Everytime I got in **** with them I deserved it, call it a miss spent youth. Now I have had no problems with cops and they have almost been helpful. The few that weren't were civil though not what I would call pleasant. Hating cops because you ran into a few **** ones is like hating US Marines over that pupy tossing flesh waste.

Are you serious? At what point is the officer racist? Why is it that everytime a American of African descent is involved on the receiving side of any situation it is racism?

If serious this is why racism is something that is never going to go away, pointing out every inconvience that a particular ethnicity goes through as being racist is being racist!

Let me school you little thugs, traffic stops are very dangerous, you never know who you are dealing with. You stop somebody late at night and they immediatley jump out of the car and start moving away from the vehicle, your first thought have to be are they flanking me, are they getting away, what have they just done? You have got to control people, and make sure no weapons are involved.

After he put them in the car and their story was confirmed he should have been more courteous, I am not denying that. But the people in the car have to be cooperating to move any situation along.

To say you hate cops is childish at best, when you come home and your family has been killed, the first peole you call are the ones you hate? I tell you what, go to the academy and become a cop, make a difference. Oh you cannot pass a background check, cannot even qualify to be a cop? Well that would be about right.

Let's see some of the cop flamers make split sec decisions that involve life and death . Then let's see how many Monday morning qb's second guess their decisions....right , wrong or indifferent the police have to make a call based upon the circumstances.. Why all the fuss over this traffic stop anyway..because he's a Football player or a celebrity?

Tough situation, cops dont have all the answers.

What if they had just killed osme one and used that as an excuse to escape. The officer would have REALLY been in hot water then. I do know one thing, being a LEO is something Id NEVER want to do.

Are you all prepared to live totaly without cops,I doubt it so ease up on the hate.I admit that its a lousy situation but the man ran a light and went on for four blocks so who expects the policeman to be very understanding after a mini chase that could have caused someone to be killed.Would it be reasonable for the cop to accompany them on into the hospital to make sure that they were not lying about speeding?On the other hand the cop did sound like an azzole after I listened to the recording of their conversation.

this is out right racisim !!!! last new years a bart cop shot a man face down in cuffs and killed him and is currently walking freely..sum cops are coo...but ones like these deserve the full package of incarseration as well as biggie for a room mate


im just going to say a majority or cops wer kids that got f***ed with and found a way to strong arm ppl with a badge and a gun... but i no there are some who joined the force to change that because there was no justice for them as youth

i agree with basically everything you have said in this thread...

i cant say how i would have acted im not a cop... they did blow a red light and 2 stop signs.... could he of acted differently YES was he doing his job YES.. what do you do if your in the cops situation? seriously all you people who hate cops if you were this cop what would you have done? there are some screwed up cops i wont argue that.... ive been pulled over searched for no reason as well... i just sit there with a smirk on my face laughing when they find nothing.. just laugh at it.. if you have done nothing wrong and have nothing to hide whats the problem? yea it sucks.. how were you dressed? your actions speak louder than words...thats key here these people could have stopped and told the cop they needed to get in there...my firend used to dress i guess thug like would be the term.. great guy wouldnt hurt a fly..always harrassed by cops now he dresses like a "normal" person and guess what no more problems...

I hate Brooklyn Park, MN cops, they'll pull you over at night for being minorities. Me and my GF was pulled over the other day and cop said my plate light was dead and car was stolen, both was total BS. I reported the cop and all his superior said was they were stepping up on crime.

they said on the news that a nurse from the hospital came out and verified his story to the cop while they were standing there.

so what was the problem believing the guys' story?
