Frogspawn and zoas are very hardy. They are generally low light corals but they grow in pretty much any condition. They will enjoy the light. Just make sure if you do double the light to light acclimate them. I strongy suggest upgrading your lighting. Especially if you want to do more coral in the future

Ok, so do I have a week so I can get this thing ordered? The can I put my current light in my future 20L reef? Exactly how would I light acclimate them?
Also if I increase my lighting will it increase the growth rate of my zoas and frogspawn? Since I learned recently that fragging zoas gives me a nice little bonus .
Yes you have a week. Just dont expect him to perk up until you get the new light. I guess you can use your old light on a new reef but the same thing will happen if you buy more advanced corals. Light acclimation is like drip acclimation. You want to put the zoas and frogspawn on your sandbed and leave the bubble where it is. Turn the light on for an hour the first day and add 30 minutes everyday after that until you are at your photo period which is probably 6-8 hours. After that you can move your corals where ever you want in your tank. You might see a little advanced growth from your zoas but dont expect alot.

Yes, deflated, but I ment in the general not dieing sence. But I could be wrong. Since it was a new coral I assumed it was still in its "Grumpy" "I'm not opening properly" stages.
Well moving my frogspawn is almost impossible. Since it took forever to get it where it is happy with the flow. I can defiantly move my zoas though. Finally wouldn't this be good for a 20L since the 20 is so much shorter?
