Yeah that's breeding behaviour. I looked for a video I saw of a pair of ornate spawning in a small tank but can't find it.

Front left is my tiny noodle platinum delhezi at a mere 1.75"s!! It looks super small next to my other baby plats ranging from 2.5"-3.75"s. A hikari gold mini sinking pellet is almost comparable to its head. Lol.

Next to it is a "towering" 3" platinum delhezi.
