my rtc before also have 2 pairs of whiskers only but it didn't bother him. i think it's not a serious defect. i had mine for almost 2 years before i overfed him and died the next morning(maybe the ammonia went high). i miss him. had him around 4" and died at 30". nice rtc you got there.
