Crystal Clear Water for Large Tanks

I have a 180g with sump below. I have 2 - 13" Oscars and a 15" Sailfin Pleco. When I first set up my tank, I screwed a few things up and wound up with water that looked like I dropped a cup of milk in it. Not dirty, but a little cloudy. I tried several well known products that were made for cloudy water and they all s&cked. Then I stumbled upon Acurel F. I added this and within a day or two, my fish looked like they were suspended in thin air. I was amazed at how clear the tank was. I mean it was sparkling clear. Looking back, I realize part of my problem was due to over feeding. I have since cut back on the amount I feed the O's and I try to be more religious with my water changes. My water is now consistently clear. I rarely use the Acurel now, but always keep a bottle around in case I screw up again.
