i have a it dat with ick i want to save him what is the best way to cure it please help i have a 180g tank wit 1 gatf 1flagtail 2 tinfoils
please HELP

Put him in a quarantine tank by himself. Raise temp to 84 and add salt

Add salt raise temp and buy quick cure and remove any carbon in the tank after a couple days should be fine although I don't know much about dats but should be the same

I agree. Salt and heat, safe and effective. if that fails, then try meds.

to save an amount of salt, use a quarantine tank unless ur whole tank is infected then you can lower ur water so half of 180 gal 90 gal. 3 tbsp per 5 gallon and increased temp but increased aeration.

u should keep the salinity in that dose untill the ick is no longer visible and continue for 5more days. if u happen to do a wc, replace the amount of salt. if u wc 20% then replace 20% of the salt u put in there

So don't put anymore salt in until I do a water change or should I hold off on a water change until the ick is gone
