I keep my tank temps at 86 so there isn't any possibilities of getting iCk

Probably where he got the ich, Easy to treat, Use an internal thermometer and raise your temps to 86 degrees keep it their for 7-10 days.This will disrupt the reproductive cycle of the ICH it will look like nothings happening, then suddenly all the spots are gone, keep temp's at 86 for a few more days to make the detached ich cannot stat the cycle over again and problem solved! Make sure the temps stay stable and don't dip below 86, just a short time below 85 and the ich will restart the cycle prolonging the treatment.
Raise the temps slow enough that you don't shock the fish. If he has tank mates make sure that the species can handle the high temps as well although most can. Make sure you have ample aeration as the higher temps will decrease can deplete the 02 levels in the water. Dat's are very tolerant of salt as well, adding aquarium salt is not necessary for treatment but can help speed up recovery , again if you choose to do this make sure all tank mates are also tolerant of salt.
Best of luck, try not to worry very few fish die of ich if treated properly.
