A CLOWN KNIFE WILL NOT OUTGROW A 150.. NOR WILL A RTGG!!

there is no need for yelling or anger. :)
CK can reach 3' given proper conditions. if i fish doesnt reach its full length, then its not in proper conditions.
why would you want to cramp those fish in that size tank anyways?

yes they will

dude come on

have you seen meako's pond and his gg ?

Dude, Giant Gouramis will grow out of a 225. I strongly suggest you talk to piggy67 about them. i don't believe Plec or i have ever had a Giant Gourami, so we aren't good enough sources to tell you in-depth about them. But they will get huge.
And Fire Eels get extremely large as well... In fact, I think I remember my friend telling me that they are the largest Spiny Eel and can reach 3ft.
Barring the Pacus and the G, I think the tank would probably be fine...I suggest trying to trade the Oscar and G back in, and begging for your Datnoid back. That's not a trade I ever would have made...lol
But that's up to you...the bottom line is, any tank under, say, 750 gallons with that kind of stocking with even subadult fish of those species is a ticking time bomb.

You know that we are just saying this for the good of the fish, right? I know you are a good guy, and I am not attacking you. But the interests of your fish should be first and foremost for you.

well the said part is is that he isnt going to listen to any of us

Giant Gourami
''The biggest one caught on a hook and line in Indonesian waters weighed 15 kilos (33 pounds). Do not expect yours to grow this large. Even public aquaria can’t grow them this big. If you have lots of room and lots of time, you can expect foot-longers. Add another five years and you’ll get 15 to 18 inchers.''

I have seen G's in the Bronx Zoo in excess of 20" easy. Plus they are aggressive and territorial when larger, not to mention active.

Guys, let's keep it civilized...it would be a shame if this thread was closed.
