I've seen green ones also.. would mixed colors be good or bad?

I think colour is a personal preference as you are the one looking at your tank no-one puts lights on for the benefit of the fish it is so we can appreciate the amazing colours and there looks.

I would say that the night generally has a bluish tent when the regular moon is shining bright. Red just seems like an emergency at an chemical factory.

that's funny. i'm just doing it to be able to see my lima at night when he's actually doing something and i work late.

I started looking about trying to find out the spectrum that I needed to attain to simulate the moon. I found that the spectrum needed was between 470nm and 480nm. in English thats blue light.

so many people seem to think blue is bad well i guess every light company got it worng too seeing as they all make some kind of lights that offer moon lights also they have moon light moduals and last time i checked they are blue too isnt it just strange that they all got i wrong wish i made millions selling a product that works but in everbodys eyes its wrong



just saying if blue was wrong they wouldnt use it

Basically they had it right when they designed them and start to produce theses products. Never heard any compliants except being expensive. But this hobby can be expensive anyways
