You're making assumptions yourself, Madding. How did our statements tantamount to defense on behalf of the vendor? There is no defense involved, merely stating facts. The point is very few members here use the feedback system. How are we supposed to know what was going on because some of you don't bother with the marketplace feedback? Li put it there for everyone's convenience.

Read Oddball's statement. Merely putting your feedbacks in the thread is not putting your situation on stone for everyone to see. Posting in threads, allows some vendors to manipulate the feedbacks in their favor or even delete them since they have the privilege to update threads. Besides that, it spirals into flamefest thus the feedbacks lose their credibility as to the truth.
 
Obviously the mods are reading this thread and the others that have been posted, because they are posting in them, so instead of posting a message regarding what to do, why not go ahead and do something? I have now read numerous threads about how bad MA is as a person and a business and nothing has been done, ever. And people are still getting the shaft.

I am still wondering how much negative feedback is required in ones marketplace feedback profile to warrant action, and again I cite the five out of eight that is already negative.
 
Your report of the FB is in error. It's not 5 negative feedbacks out of 8. It's 5 negative feedbacks and 8 positive feedbacks. Maybe now you can see the dilemma. With the total number of transactions made, and limited number of feedbacks registered, does a single digit number constitute restricting the vendor from future sales? Add to that, the transactions that were satisfied in the end.
The staff is keeping tabs. However, we will not allow 'mob rule' to win out. Just look at the number of third person reports that came up in this thread alone. Added to that is, unfortunately, the screaming masses that have absolutely no history with the vendor that feel they must chime in and add to the flaming.
I'm not trying to back or bolster this vendor. As I posted earlier, I'm trying to keep a proper perspective on the whole situation before it spirals out of control.

Ver good point and point taken.I am a third party that has never purchased and did chime in!! The moderaters are not only here to protect members from getting burnt But also protect the venders from possable small percentage of customers that (may ) or (May not) have a legitamate gripe witch is a good thing!!!! If a vender does something wrong and continues down that road eventually they will pay and pay dearly with no customers!!!!If we step back and look at it from that perspective it makes plenty of sense:D

Also though when 38% of your customers are unhappy that is no buennnnno !!!!

Nate is clearly just taking the money and not shipping the goods. Please post negative feed back on Yelp and MFK to protect people from him.
 
yeah, im gonna go dispute the money order today, see what happens. I wasnt just kidding though, i actually have the time and money to fly to mass. to confront this guy, so, im getting my refund one way or another
