I know. That's gnawing at me, too. I've never been a customer and I've expended more effort in keeping matters calm than the vendor.

Maybe he's laid up in the hospital. He hasn't been on MFK since May 21st.

I'm surprised they didn't erase your name, and account information like they did in Pfury, when I had an compliant. Several years ago I saved enough money to order some what I thought to be very nice Pirayas, turns out my biggest had his eye eaten, when I wrote to complain, he simply said it will grow back! then I wrote a topic from like yours and the oust me out of Pfury! aafter that incident I sold all my fish hobby related items, until recently I watched "River Monsters" which brought back my interest in keeping fish again. sorry to hear about your story. I didn't real all the replies, and hoped I didn't missed much. Hope you get your $$ back, and I do hope MFK sort out their venodrs, otherwise, buy local! I love the hobby, and I love to support websites that allow us to share our interestes, but when a website site as pfury and others that promote the love to the hobby keep vendors like MA, makes you think twice about the hobby! peace and good luck!

I can understand and relate to the vendor in the sense that the live animal business can get really overwhelming, really fast. If he is a shop owner and is busy enough to forget about people online (but not busy enough to stop taking their money) then I think he needs to focus on his shop and drop his online participation until he is ready.

Though, since he appears to have been in this business for a while now, I find it hard to have remorse for him.
