If you are making a thread like this, I am sure you have cried plenty! You want to see if you are the only cry baby on MFK or there are others! Haha! Having said that, yes I have cried twice. Once when I had to put down my first Oscar. Second when I had to put down my prized EBJD due to it eating a large piece of plastic plant that did not pass. Both very touching moments that I will never forget.

Couple of fish have gotten me to tear up.

I cried when my first datnoid bit the dust for no reason. Bought him from my LFS knowing nothing about dats and I still think he was the nicest one I've ever owned.

yes i have cried to many times.. When i lost my 6" EBJD and when i had to rehome my 17" fire eel that was the hardest..

I personally think its hard not to get attached to your fish and being hurt when they die goes hand in hand. I try to treat all my fish just as good as i would my dogs or reptiles. The loss i had was last year when i lost 5 pbass all 14"+ durring a power outage from a hurricane, i felt that one for a while. I was sad everytime i walked by the tank and didnt have them splashing water wanting food.
