Do you talk or text while driving?

i've sent short texts, which i know i shouldn't and haven't in a long time.

i've talked without a bluetooth device before also but that's been a while since i got my bluetooth. when i lost the charger to the bluetooth i started doing it again for short conversations.

then Eddie showed me how to talked on my cell hands free. he sent me a pic of himself with this ghetto fabulous way of talking hands free.

but i found the charger now so i only talk on the bluetooth which is legal in cali at least at one point and still is as far as i know.

krich, this is the kind of thread i'd post, you're getting good bro, lol

Love the fact that its an Ericsson 337 or 338 model they are using... one of the toughest phones i ever used...

But back to the topic, i never talk while i drive unless i have my handsfree, texting is a definite no no for me... have come close to being hit way too many times in this town by (lots of censored words) who were too busy talking / not looking that they almost came straight into me... and as a lot of you know, a good majority of Chinese cannot drive... and in HK, that is more than double the truth...

What REALLY pisses me off is when someone hits me while TEXTING AND WALKING!!! If I see someone coming doing it, I'll try to line-up in front of them and stop and wait to see who close they get... Some never see the gut-check coming.

NO, my phone doesn't allow texting or driving for that matter, landline only.

i rarely do it, i found out im not talented enough to drive and talk/text at the same time cuz ill be too focus driving and not paying attention on the phone so i dont do it...i would if i can multi task.

I talked while driving. Not hands free either but well, thats just stupid to think that hands free makes it all perfect. MD its illegal and PA but most people(including 90% of cops) do it anyway.

People that think the talking on a phone and driving cause all these crashes entertain me. Never mind studys that say that simply talking to your passenger has the SAME effect on your driving. SO I guess shut up, turn off your radio and drive. There is a sign near where I work that has a pic of a guys destroyed car and a message that says he was talking and driving and died and to hang up and drive. What the sign fails to mention quite well is the fact that yes he was talking on his phone but he also had a BAC of well over twice the legal limit. SO yeah talking was his problem:screwy:

Gotta love big government. ;)

X2. Cellphones suck the life out of life. The day you grow a pair and chuck your phone, your life instantly gets better. It's like birds coming out of breaking clouds, singing as a rainbow descends to make a unicorn parade march from the sky. Seriously. Man up. Stick your phone in the microwave and teach it who's boss.

I can almost see it, Colors are brighter, food tastes better, some day, some day. Most likely when people finally chuck them they wil realize there are clouds and rainbows and birds. How often you see someone at the park sitting on a bench on a beautiful day just texting away.

unfortunetly some of us rely on cell phones to work and for business. i would love to not own tv's or cell phones or even internet one day and live in the woods or mountains or some where away from modern technology.
