do people think he wouldn't have been punished enough going through civil court and losing his job, time and money? it's not like his mistake wouldn't have been opposed to his community, it's not like he wouldn't have a hard time finding work in that community until it cooled off, it's not like another school would have let him go perform on their school ground, it's not like being hit in the pocket book is getting off lightly either

This was not a "mistake". This was premeditated and planned. He had plenty of time to realize it was a mistake before he did it, but he didnt because this is what he wanted to do and he spent a lot of time planning and orchestrating his crime.

yeah so? you did nothing stupid in your early 20s that wasn't planned? Even today you're doing stupid things like suggesting strangers should be castrated for having a slightly different opinion then you so i'm sure you did

the difference between you and i is i can respect that you have a different opinion then me, i wouldn't suggest anything harmful for you though.

Nothing that involved committing fraud to gain access to little kids in order to make a sexual video for my own demented amusement, no. Have you?

Just don't tell him you're not a big fan of Oscars. He really hates that difference of opinion....things will get ugly.

i've done plenty of stupid things in my 20s and late teens. if i had the opportunity, i may have done a similar video to go viral because i would've thought it was funny. i honestly wouldn't have thought twice about the parents reaction.

you prob agree with the kids who got arrested for "rapping" their orders at the drive thru window of mcdonald's too. lmao. obviously planned and premeditated...but again just a silly mistake. CRIMINALS!

Yes, playing a prank at a drive through is just like concocting a story in order to gain access to kids and make a sexualized video. Im sorry, but your thinking is so warped I don't see the point of trying to explain it to you any further.

you hit the nail on the head...PLAYING A PRANK. that's what the guy who made the video did. he created a prank...not soliticted his video to pedo sites

it appears your thought process was the guy planned it so it could no longer be considered a joke?

If you think its ok to commit fraud to gain access to a class full of little kids I have huge doubts about your judgement.

they charged him with child porn. if you think what he did is child porn than i have doubts that your even serious right now. there is no way someone not on crack would think that is child porn.:screwy:

THAT is the issue here. not the fraud....
