I thought you would know that...

He thinks he knows better than the D.A. according to him no crime occurred because no kids were directly harmed. He hasn't commented on the fact that people go to jail for intents and conspiracies every day.

The da had such a strong case that it went from child porn and 20 year sentence that he got 60 days and dodged being a sex offender? Ha hA. Even they cut him a huge break instead of taking it to him. He got posting an aggravating message....not child abuse, not fraud.

Its standard procedure for prosecutors to threaten maximum sentences as a plea negotiation tactic. If you think DAs make a habit of cutting defendants' breaks you are very naive.

There's no point... I don't understand why people posted to ask for other opinion, when he/she already drew a conclusion. What a waste of time...

Your point was that he shouldnt have gotten any jail time for his little prank. I thought he deserved jail time which is what actually happened.

Just thought I would add something. After having worked at a state prison for the last 17 years. Jail or Prison time except for violent offenders is a joke. Complete waste of time. Just creates a burden on society. Very expensive to the tax payers and doesn't do anything to reform the person imprisoned.

Ohio spends over one billion dollars a year on its department of corrections.
