A question for those that think he did nothing wrong: would you be ok if footage of your child was used in a sexualized video like in this case?
I agree, he was just making a video for fun. He should however be punished for using them in a video without consent, but charging him with all these crimes that puts him in the same category as really messed up people can mess up your reputation and job opportunities, etc.

Hard for me to comment on this as I did not see the video containing his actions nor have I heard or read any of the the lyrics. I can only imagine that if I were to witness someone acting or speaking inappropriately towards my family in a sexual way whether it be them personally or even just and image of them, likely the cops would be arresting me for assault.

Though I find this perversion of the law distrurbing, the most disturbing part is that some people are applauding it. They're basically applauding the slow loss of our civil rights. It's a scary state people of a slippery slope that this country is falling into. Call me paranoid, but I worry about the future of this country when I see things like this. With the "Recession" going on and all the distractions of inflation I fear that those of us who would oppose things like this are too distracted to do anything about it or even notice it at times. Then again matbe I'm paranoid.

You're right, the two months are insignificant... he will probably be out in a couple weeks if he behaves, but thats not the point. Once you are a registered sex offender, you are basically a leper. It stays with you for life, and it DOES ruin your life. It is somewhat unclear if that is the case with this story, but if that is the case, he is getting MUCH worse than he deserves.Bderick67;5054722; said:
