This how ever is a complete stretch of the law for the benefit of a legal system that seems to slowly be trying to turn the U.S. into some sort of police state. I wish I knew more details about the video, like Lep said so I could have a better argument. I just can't imagine how the video could fall under the law as child pornography. From what I understand he only used explicit lyrics. What lyrics shown on a video with no real kids present can be considered child pornography? Was his sole intention to distribute this "inappropiate" video to children? Where was the crime other than the illegal use of the childrens likeness? Though I find this perversion of the law distrurbing, the most disturbing part is that some people are applauding it. They're basically applauding the slow loss of our civil rights. It's a scary state people of a slippery slope that this country is falling into. Call me paranoid, but I worry about the future of this country when I see things like this. With the "Recession" going on and all the distractions of inflation I fear that those of us who would oppose things like this are too distracted to do anything about it or even notice it at times. Then again matbe I'm paranoid.
