Doc's DIY Tropheus Project - Photo Journal

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
the lights seem to be on, I wonder if anyone's at home?

:headbang2 That is great looking I used my Kreg Jig for my breeding growout station too.It has 7 tanks. 6 of them connected to a 30 gal sump that i made with an 30 gal tank and glass from a 10 gal. The other tank is for my daughters Bettas.

That Kreg Jig seems amazing. Makes ease of construction seemingly a breeze. Don't own one yet. (Mental note: Add Kreg Jig to next tool purchase list.) BTW Navy Scuba, do you know if they make the Kreg Jig in just one size fits all or do they make them for different nominally sized lumber? Doc, here has his in a size for 2x4's. Do they make them in sizes for 2x6, 2x8 and etc.? Please advise. Thanks.

Nice work, man. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product. I'm a DIY woodwork lover, so this thread is relevant to my interests.

You need to check the DIY Tank Builds for all the DIY Tanks, to get more ideas and solutions. You'll find them in the FORUM listings, under DIY Tank Builds. A lot of excellent and great ideas. A lot of useful information. I highly recommend you check out the DIY Tank Build Fourm. I did and was really impressed with everything I found to my own tank build which is still in the planning and drawing stages. Good luck with yours.

I peruse the DIY section almost exclusively, and I've posted a thread of my DIY stand and canopy. I always enjoy seeing others' work.
