I can't see them expecting to sell very many if that is true but I did read somewhere that Dodge had instructed the dealers not to mark up the price of the Hellcats.
I believe this is true. The place I work for is trying to get one for a guy and am under the impression it's supposed to be sold for sticker. Wouldn't surprise me if people are trying to cash in on them though....
Been hearing rumors of a "Hell Snake" - a force fed Viper? lol. All heresay though....
How can anyone cash in in them,I doubt they are flying off the lots(or perhaps they are lol),those who want can simply go to a dealer and get the best price for one.
Okay so I looked into this a little and it seems that some "stealerships" have been using that adjustment term and marking the cars twenty to thirty thousand over MSRP.A place in Vegas had their first Cat marked up thirty grand and the buyer was eagerly waiting as the car was being unloaded from the trailer lol!....a place in Florida was supposedly fined by Dodge over the mark ups they were doing.It seems that all dealers are not doing this and it's funny how people are so eager to have these cars that they'll seemingly sign and hand over a check without doing any research.
^Hah!...I wonder if that sales associate got in any trouble for placing that price sticker on the car?

Anyone remember PT losers selling for over sticker when they were introduced?
I worked for a Ford dealer that had a brand new KR stang they were selling for almost 40 grand over sticker. It didn't sell for that, but I believe they did get almost 30K over sticker for it.
