Dodge Challenger Hellcat....over 700 hp..are you kidding me?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I worked at a Ford dealership when the new retro Mustang came out. We asked 5-7 thousand over msrp. It was funny to hear the non reasoning behind that, but hard as an "honest" salesman to justify.

It's only funny if you don't have to work on them..... lol.
Definitely one of Detroit's special lil creatures.

I was going to ask why you called them that lol.A recently retired co worker had one and he was close to seven feet tall.

I don't have a problem with them anymore...... The elders in the shop hated working on them so I got pretty decent with them quick. Engine bay is really tight once you start talking timing belt / waterpumps.

I actually think they're a great lil unit. They're crazy sweet from an acoustic point of view. They're actually pretty roomy if you're tall. Parts are easy to find and lots of stuff crosses over from the neons so you could essentially do an srt4 PT if you had the time/patience.

I'd like to have one someday as a work car, but it would need to be a turbo 5 gear.

That reminds me of the old Dodge Rampage car/truck.
