Yea, file a claim. State it is not what you ordered. PayPal will tell you to ship it back to him and they will give you a 100% refund.

PayPal just like Ebay is very Buyer oriented.

ya i know. only reason i did that order because it was a larger supposedly dovii and i wanted to try to add him with my female festae. kind of hard to do that with 2 inchers. but ya i did look at the vendors for a medium sized dovii before i even checked aquabid.

it was overnight. he said he was going to put some black water in the bag to keep the fish calm. i really dont see the point. once you put the fish in the box and close it. its pitch black in there anyway.
