Guy has no idea what he's talking about...black water isn't going to help calm any fish down in a frigg'n bag - only the sedative pills folks use will do somthing like that.

I've been through things like this before - having spent thousands of dollars on fish online. Honestly - PayPal isn't going to do anything to help you, and if you ignore this you're only encouraging this guy to go rip other people off.

If you've contacted him and get no reply or a "all sales are final" quote then I'd call whichever bank/credit card you used to pay for it with through PayPal and file a dispute.

I've gotten a lot of my money back through disputes - some times I've even been able to get people black listed from PayPal as a result of digging far enough to find other folks who were ripped off by the same people.

paypal have always been great whenever ive had to get a refund sorted. always very helpful and quick.
i thought you could only file a dispute through the bank if it was a credit card you used?
 
im just going to wait to see if he replies to my email and see what he has to say. then ill tell him to join mfk and learn some stuff LIKE HOW TO ID A DOVII.

why not post his name so others can avoid him?
 
If I don't know them, I don't do business with them..... Been burned before..... Jeff and Ken are probably enough for anything we need!

Hi , thanks for letting me know how he made out. We had an accident at the Post Office. There is usually a young man who helps us, he's really good with all the boxes. This time in was a young lady who took the box and threw it. My fiance of course had a bunch of words with them, and we have filed a complaint with the post office. I'm sending you the full $65 back. thats what he said which is cool that he is replacing my money but why does this link he sent show what is not a dovii?
